Chancel choir

Chancel Choir is the “crown jewel” of the music program.  We extend an open invitation to anyone who has an interest in making a “joyful noise” by singing in the Chancel Choir.   The choir sings each Sunday, providing variety to the worship experience including classic and traditional styles as well as Gospel and Jazz compositions.  Some music reading ability is recommended, but one does not have to be an accomplished singer.  Rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 p.m.  September thru May.

immanuel singers

A ladies only choir comprised of those who are interested in singing contemporary praise music. The schedule is less demanding as they sing on average once per month. Rehearsals are for 45 minutes following worship every other week. In addition, this group enjoys caroling at Phoebe Home and presenting more adventurous presentations like the medley from Sister Act.

Ringing as many as five octaves of Schulmerich Handbells, the bell ringers of Christ Lutheran rehearse every other Sunday following worship, September thru May. The choir is always welcoming new members of varied experience reading sheet music.

children’s chimes

Children’s Chimes are a group of children who meet to ring chimes and sing. Their performances contribute to the celebration during select worship and holiday services. No musical ability is needed. Every child is successful.
