                         "CHRIST changes everything"

Our celebration of the life and power of the Resurrection continues through Sunday, May 19th, the Festival of Pentecost.  On this day we hear of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the followers of Jesus.  We hear how that Spirit empowered them to proclaim the love of God in many languages.  And we pray with Christians around the world:  "Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful, and kindle in us the fire of your love.

Worshipers are invited to wear red on the morning of Pentecost, in honor of the Holy Spirit, who brings God's peace, comfort, and power into our lives.
